Michelle Martinez

I am the Finance and Operations Director, supporting the school’s mission through strong financial stewardship and effective operations. While I officially joined the staff six months ago, my connection to this community runs much deeper. Prior to stepping into this role, I was a school parent who served as Finance Chair and as a member of the School Board for many years. I bring over thirty years of corporate finance and operations experience, grounded in my education in Finance and Economics.
What I love most about working here is being part of a community that truly fosters caring, respect, and learning. I believe relationships are at the heart of a strong school, and my approach to work is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and service. Each day, I strive to support students, families, and staff by providing clear guidance, thoughtful problem-solving, and dependable financial support.
Seeing the joy and happiness the children bring to campus each day is a constant reminder of why this work matters. Families can always count on me for help navigating financial questions with care and understanding. I am a proud mom of two OLMC alumni, and I am deeply grateful to this school community for helping shape my daughters into the confident, successful, and caring young adults they are today.
