Rita Etscheid

Hi! I'm Rita Etscheid or Mrs. E as my students call me.  I am the 1st Grade Instructional Aide here at OLMC and have had the privilege of being a part of this wonderful OLMC family for 3 years.  My husband and I are Midwestern transplants and have two teenage daughters, ages 13 & 15.  

My primary role at OLMC is to provide support to both Mrs. Morton in the day to day classroom activities and our students with any academic and social-emotional needs they have throughout the day.  I am blessed to have the opportunity to support our 1st Graders as they learn and grow, both in the classroom and in their heart and spirit.  I am able to be a soft landing spot for our kiddos whenever they need a little extra love and attention while helping them through any academic challenges they might have.  I love that each new day brings new experiences and challenges! I am so thankful for every day that I get to be a part of this loving and beautiful community that is OLMC.
