Gail Knadler

As an instructional aide in kindergarten, I support both students and teachers by helping create a caring, engaging, and well-organized classroom environment. What I enjoy most is interacting with the children—listening to their stories, sharing their excitement, and being part of their everyday discoveries. I help students feel supported and successful by paying close attention to them, truly listening, and attending to their individual needs with patience and care. The strong sense of community is what makes our school such a special place to work; it truly feels like a family. I am especially proud of building trusting relationships with students and helping them feel safe and valued. Small moments, like a smile or laugh, bring me great joy. I hope families feel welcomed, supported, and confident when they see me on campus. Outside of school, I love crafting and spending time with my loved ones.
