Welcome to Our Lady of Mount Carmel School Admissions

Thank you for considering Our Lady of Mount Carmel School for your child’s education. We look forward to getting to know your family throughout the admission process and to helping you make the best choice for your child’s future.

Below you will find important dates, timelines, and helpful information about applying to OLMC.

Important Dates & Admissions Timeline

Kindergarten Admissions:

• January 30, 2026: Application Due
• February 2-6, 2026: Testing and parent/guardian interviews
• February 13, 2026: Acceptance decisions communicated
• February 23, 2026: Enrollment decisions confirmed

Preschool, TK, & Grades 1-8:

• November 2025 – Ongoing: Applications accepted
• Enrollment decisions announced on a rolling basis (based on availability) after February 13, 2026
• Grades 1–8 applicants will complete an academic assessment after submitting an application

How to Apply 

New Families:
Create an account on our FACTS Parent Portal to access the online application for Our Lady of Mount Carmel School.

Current Families:
Log in to your existing FACTS Parent Account to complete your child’s application.

Application Process

Interview, Assessment & School Documentation

All prospective students entering grades K-7 will take an assessment prior to acceptance. The assessment for Kindergarten is the Kindergarten Readiness Test (KRT), an assessment for overall readiness for school. All other grades are assessed to determine grade level skills. Once you have submitted a completed application, you may schedule an assessment appointment time. While your child is being assessed, parents meet with the Principal and Pastor for an informal admission conversation. In addition, complete documentation from the applicant's prior school will be requested to finalize the application process.

OLMC School Admissions Process is laid out in the attached document. 

Enrollment

Once a student is accepted, parents will then complete an enrollment packet for each child for the 2026-2027 school year. The non-refundable enrollment fee is $445. This enrollment fee secures the student's place for the upcoming academic year.
